Hogan Development Survey

The Dark Side — the derailers that emerge under stress and pressure.

15–20 minutes 170 items Derailment risks under stress

Overview

The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) describes the dark side of personality — qualities that emerge in times of increased strain and can disrupt relationships, damage reputations, and derail peoples' chances of success. These derailers are often strengths that become overused.

The HDS is the only business-focused personality assessment that measures these career-derailing tendencies. By assessing dark-side personality, you can recognize risk factors before they become a problem — for individual coaching, team effectiveness, and executive selection.
