Overview
The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describes personality from the inside — the core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain. Values are part of a person's identity: they describe the lifestyle a person wants and the environments in which they will thrive.
By assessing values, you can understand what motivates candidates to succeed, and in what type of position, job, and culture they will be the most productive. The MVPI is essential for evaluating organizational fit and understanding the culture a leader will create.
